PHASIA Acceptable Use Policy

PHASIA is a tool for creating positive, personal affirmation audio for your own rest and reflection. To keep it safe for everyone, you agree not to use PHASIA to create, record, generate, upload, or process content that:

• Threatens or promotes violence or harm toward yourself or any other person or group, or that intimidates, stalks, or harasses anyone.
• Encourages self-harm, suicide, or an eating disorder. If you are struggling, please reach out. In the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or contact your local emergency number.
• Is unlawful, or promotes illegal activity, including fraud or the sale of illegal goods or services.
• Expresses hatred, or dehumanizes or harasses people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or another protected characteristic.
• Sexualizes minors in any way, or contains non-consensual sexual content.
• Infringes others' rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, or uses another person's name, voice, or likeness without permission.
• Impersonates any person or organization, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
• Makes dangerous or false medical, health, or financial claims, or presents PHASIA's output as professional advice.
• Attempts to break, abuse, or circumvent the Service, including reverse engineering, scraping, overwhelming our servers, evading usage limits or the subscription, extracting our soundscapes, or misusing the AI features.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and record with PHASIA. PHASIA does not monitor the private recordings you make on your device; the prohibitions above are your commitment regardless.

Enforcement

We may decline to generate content, and may limit, suspend, or terminate access, for any violation of this policy or the Terms of Service. Because most content is created and kept on your device, "enforcement" primarily means declining requests for prohibited content and, where warranted, ending access to the Service.
